Situated in Linguizzetta, the Domaine de Bagheera is committed to sustainable eco-tourism to help to preserve natural and cultural ecosystems.
By having this approach, Bagheera favours the natural resources of Corsica. Whether it's the locally produced essential oils that we use in our wellness area, or the local food products that we sell in our mini-market and use in the creation of our restaurant menus, we make a point of developing and promoting the local economy.
In general, our choices are focused on regional food products (water, deli meats, cheese, organic meats, vegetables, fruit, wine, oil, honey, fish, jams) that we grow ourselves, where possible. Thus, most of our vegetables come from the vegetable garden on the estate. Our organic almonds which we harvest in September and bag and sell at the reception, come from the organic almond plantation which is planted along the field that runs along the site entrance. Also, we prefer Corsican products and cosmetics (vegetable oils, essential oils) made by local producers who guarantee a pure 100% natural composition.
